Six Monthly Digital Habits


Each month starts with a simple, easy-to-follow digital "habit" that will help break your unhealthy digital tendencies. These habits are performed daily, and tracked over the course of the whole month.



Weekly "Challenges"


Each week I'll send out a short "Challenge" to be completed at your own pace throughout the week. These are bite-sized videos, podcasts, or once-off tasks to help you digitally de-clutter.

  • Why does it cost money?

    🚀  More "buy" means more "buy-in" With the Digital Health Challenge, you're not just paying for a product, you're investing in yourself. When you pay money for something, you're saying to your brain, "this is valuable to me", and you're more likely to prioritize it.

  • Why should I join?

    🙋🏻‍♂️ I'm Jeshua, a full-time content-creator, and the person responsible for the Digital Health Challenge. Creating content online is what I do for a living, but the more time I spend online, the more the rest of my life seems to feel dull. This 6-month challenge has helped me break my own phone and social media addiction, even as someone who HAS to be online. 

  • What if I can't afford the challenge?
