Each month starts with a simple, easy-to-follow digital "habit" that will help break your unhealthy digital tendencies. These habits are performed daily, and tracked over the course of the whole month.

Each week I'll send out a short "Challenge" to be completed at your own pace throughout the week. These are bite-sized videos, podcasts, or once-off tasks to help you digitally de-clutter.

🙋🏻♂️ I'm Jeshua, a full-time content-creator, and the person responsible for the Digital Health Challenge. Creating content online is what I do for a living, but the more time I spend online, the more the rest of my life seems to feel dull. This 6-month challenge has helped me break my own phone and social media addiction, even as someone who HAS to be online.
